Innovation Webinars are a new activity being carried out by the Innovation Vouchers Programme due the ongoing Coronavirus Pandemic, in order to support companies during this difficult time.
Our Webinars will be taking place over the coming weeks and months, and this section will be updated regularly with new dates as we confirm them.
Delivered in partnership with Aston University Academics, the currently scheduled webinars will be taking place from 2pm – 3pm on the indicated day, covering the following topics:
Wednesday 20th May – Geoff Parkes: Understanding the Customer
Not all customers think or behave the same way, and therefore a critical aspect to any marketing strategy is understanding customer segmentation.
Wednesday 27th May – David Carrington – Marketing for Micro and Macro Environments
The environment outside your company creates both opportunities and threats which can occur now and in the future. The objective is to minimise these threats and seize opportunities. This webinar will help you carefully analyse the external environment to anticipate and take advantage of these changes.
Wednesday 3rd June – Pawan Budhwar – Role, Leadership & Culture for Innovation
This webinar will help owners/managers to build their strategic leadership capacity, enhancing the cultural and structural effectiveness of your organisation for innovation.
